Words are my craft.
It's what I do best -
and what I love doing.
Hi! My name is Simona Libera and I'm a translator and interpreter from English, Norwegian and French to Italian.
How did I get into translation?
Ever since I can remember I've always been an intellectually curious person and I've been pursuing my love for foreign languages trough my various interests. My passion for translation derives from my thirst for knowledge, my fascination for other cultures, from the desire to learn and the challenge of facing new texts and subjects. I have chosen this profession because it allows me to satisfy my natural curiosity and put into practice what I'm better at - words and languages. I'm convinced that the key qualities to succeed at this job are curiosity, flexibility and, of course, professionalism.
